At Chrome Northwest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
